The location was great in a good area, very close to underground at west Hounslow, and a private taxi. Also, it was near Riverside Venue and other tourist spots. Appreciated staying at the family queen room with coffee, a slim wardrobe, excellent TV.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the stylish decor, interactive games in the lobby, and the cool atmosphere. The bar open late and plenty of seating options were a bonus. The complimentary drink was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious with two TVs, a great bathroom, and a quiet ambiance. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient, with readily available cabs and Uber. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning team maintained a spotless environment. The continental breakfast had a good selection, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable.

Felt just like home, couldn't find anything to complain about!
